  1. Olá Denise,
a força dramática dessa imagem ganhou um componente luxuoso: o tom acetinado. A interrogação Why? Não tem resposta. E voçê deixa tudo mais intrigante ainda.
    Adoro arte com mistério.
Será que existe arte fora do mistério?
    Um grande abraço

  9. Helloooooo Denise, this is brilliant, and unsettling! I tried to leave you a message last week but blogger wouldn't let me; I hope you are very well, I've not been on here much because my back has been a big problem, and I had too much work to make. Anyway, your work is beautiful as always, hugs xxx

  10. ¡De miedo! Aunque con tu intervención queda la maravilla de bien.

Acá en la ciudad de México hay una isla en medio de un lago, que está llena de muñecas colgadas.

  12. Hello dear Denise!

Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the illustration! I would love to make a CD just for fun with some great covers. Because I'm a horrible songwriter!

You have made some fantastic illustrations since I was here, (have had a brake from blogging) and I love it!

This illustration is beautiful, and love the fact that it tells a story. Thank you for sharing!

    Hopes you are doing good!
    Much love

  17. Sadami,
is true; when I looked at this picture, I also felt a bit sad
but, put me in place of Robert, the photographer, and noticed that this scene was strong enough for him.
And it was very interesting work on this issue ...

    thank you dear!!

  25. Denise,

    you have wonderfully captured the
    photograph. i love your title.
the starkness leaves the viewer staggered
yet the softness in the colours
    leaves one comforted it seems
    yet so very unsettled.

thank you so very much for using
    this one for your rendition.
